Welcome to Align Your Mind Counseling.

We provide online therapy to individuals across Texas, grounded in the belief that mental health care should be inclusive, affirming, and accessible, especially for those whose identities and experiences are often overlooked.
We use a trauma-informed and intersectional approach, recognizing that your mental health is shaped by many parts of who you are—your identity, lived experiences, and the systems around you.
Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, disordered eating, burnout, or identity challenges, we’re here to support you. You are not "too much" or "too sensitive." You're navigating real conditions, and your story matters.
Our secure, virtual sessions make it easier to access care from wherever you are. You deserve therapy that honors your full humanity. We're here to walk alongside you.

Meet Dr. Kayleigh Anderson

Hello, I’m Dr. Kayleigh Anderson (she/her), and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’ve spent over 14 years supporting individuals and couples as they move through pain, rediscover their strength, and find new ways forward. I believe therapy is not just about symptom relief—it’s about feeling seen, reclaiming your voice, and reconnecting with who you are underneath the overwhelm.
