Welcome to Align Your Mind Counseling.
We provide online therapy to individuals across Colorado, Oregon, and Texas, grounded in the belief that mental health care should be inclusive, affirming, and accessible, especially for those whose identities and experiences are often overlooked.
We use a trauma-informed and intersectional approach, recognizing that your mental health is shaped by many parts of who you are, your identity, lived experiences, and the systems around you.
Meet Dr. Kayleigh Anderson
I get it, life throws challenges at us that we never asked for. As someone with a disability, I know firsthand what it's like when things feel out of your control.
Whether you're dealing with a new diagnosis, going through a major life change, or just trying to navigate the everyday struggles, I'm here to help you find your footing again. My goal is simple: to help you feel more in control and empowered, no matter what you're facing. I offer an integrative approach to therapy, incorporating strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Exposure Response Prevention and Behavioral Activation), Cognitive Processing Therapy, and the Gottman Method.
I was born and raised in Texas. When I am not seeing clients, I love to spend time with my husband and our two very spoiled cats (Shep and Scout). I also enjoy baking, reading a good book, listening to podcasts, and supporting the Houston Astros.
