How much are sessions?

Individual counseling is $120 and couples counseling is $140  per therapeutic hour (53 minutes).

Do you accept insurance?

We are currently In-network with Medicaid, Texas Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, and Sana Benefits. We are actively working to become In-Network with other insurance companies. If we are not currently in network with your insurance we can provide you with a superbill which you can give to your insurance for possible reimbursement

How do I pay for sessions?

We accept various payment methods including credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is typically processed after each session, and you'll receive a receipt for your records.

What if my insurance doesn't cover telehealth?

Thanks to Texas legislation, most insurance plans are now required to cover telehealth services at the same rate as in-person visits. However, if your specific plan doesn't provide coverage, we have a limited number of slots open to clients who would benefit from reduced fees.
